Everly Health Solutions (EHS) helps organizations create lasting change with a complete solution for driving diagnostics-driven virtual care at scale. For our Health Plan Solutions team, closing care gaps is just the start. We provide a holistic approach that integrates the entire care journey for members, health plans, and providers. By delivering member centric programs, we help members take action on results, improve compliance and member satisfaction rates, and eliminate operation burdens for our partners with a single solution that provides end-to-end program management.
 
We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented business development leader with experience engaging health plan executive leaders on new market solutions. This Everly team member will build a market-leading team, forge new executive level relationships, drive new-approaches to positioning our solutions to this audience, and gather insights that inform our product roadmap. The ideal candidate has a success record developing consultative, results-oriented sales teams with an entrepreneurial spirit and a high level of intellectual curiosity.

What You'll Do:

    • Achieve and exceed annual revenue growth targets across all territories
    • Develop relationships with senior executives to align with key initiatives and goals and to advise on new market solutions and business value.
    • Identify and hire market leading talent into the organization
    • Coach and develop team members to improve on key success metrics.
    • Develop strategic territory plans to maximize opportunities in  the health plan market.
    • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets to executive leadership on a timely basis, leveraging Salesforce.com to manage and maintain accurate data.
    • Work closely with sales team members to present the EHS value proposition and solutions to prospective health plan clients.
    • Support team members with sales proposal preparation and delivery.
    • Coordinate with EHS Solution Design and Implementation teams on new client implementations, launch plans, and hand-off plans.

Who You Are:

    • You know health plans and health plan services sales inside-out and are considered a subject matter expert in your field.
    • 10 - 15 years in health plans sales with a minimum of 5 years leading sales teams in the industry, with a track record of achieving sales performance metrics and exceeding annual quotas.
    • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA, MPH, or other related Masters-level degree preferred. 
    • Keenly aware of the importance of culture and role modeling organizational values, internally and externally with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
    • Prioritize well and move easily between long-term projects and short-term deal sprints, with a focus on accountability and responsibility to ensure forward progress.
    • Able to understand and link customer goals with business value, and synthesize these insights in actionable guidance for sales and marketing teams.
    • Strong pipeline management skills, marked by a high degree of organization and attention to detail, with proficiency using a variety of sales productivity tools.
    • Operate with speed and agility to reflect the importance of completing work in the expected time frames. 
    • Proven ability to influence effectively across a matrix organization, with a tangible passion for collaboration and team building cross-functionally.
    • A creative thinker who fosters team exploration and taking action to advance ideas to product, solution development, implementation, and operations teams.
