Interested in building the future of women’s mental healthcare? Seven Starling is looking for a Head of Strategic Partnerships to join our rapidly growing remote-first team. You will love this role if you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are fueled by a curiosity to uncover new opportunities for growth. You will work in partnership with the CEO to analyze industry trends, develop go-to-market strategies, drive strategic partnership conversations, and assess new growth opportunities.

What we’re looking for in this role:

  • A deep understanding of the key stakeholders in the healthcare industry (providers, health systems, payors, etc.) to inform and execute on go-to-market strategies 
  • Proven ability to develop new partnerships, build relationships, and negotiate contract terms
  • A strategic thinker who moves quickly from idea to action, rolling up their sleeves to dive into the weeds
  • An outstanding written and oral communicator 
  • High attention to detail and level of organization
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - we’re a startup!

Your day-to-day:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and relevant research
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and rapidly validate hypotheses via partner discovery
  • Identify potential partners, conduct initial outreach, and manage partnership discussions
  • Develop collateral, proposals, and other supporting materials to support partnership discussions
  • Build relationships and strike new strategic or revenue generating partnerships with leading provider groups, payors, or strategic partners
  • Work across go-to-market, product, and operations to bring feedback from the market to inform future product development, product positioning, and care delivery
