Mahmee is a maternal and infant healthcare technology company. We’re on a mission to build the digital infrastructure needed to connect patients and providers so that equitable access to comprehensive maternal and infant healthcare becomes a reality for all families.
 
Our platform closes gaps in care and creates a seamless maternity experience for new and expecting parents from pregnancy to baby’s first birthday. We work with community groups, healthcare organizations, state Medicaid agencies, and insurance companies to ensure that moms and babies across the socioeconomic spectrum have access to care. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer of Mahmee. Top candidates will be proven team leaders with technical or analytical skills and experience in product-oriented organizations.
 
The initial goal for this role is to double the 6-month retention rate of premium member organizations.

To accomplish this goal, you’ll need considerable knowledge of:

    • The common challenges that healthcare providers face when adopting and using technology and telehealth tools
    • How to directly support and engage 5, 6, and 7-figure enterprise contracts to successful platform use
    • How to train and manage individual contributors on a Customer Success team while also providing direct support to enterprise customers
    • Web and mobile product development processes

You must have all of these skills:

    • Investigating and decoding our users' needs (patients, providers, and enterprises)
    • Create & interpret utilization data and conversion funnels to fuel utilization and growth of the platform
    • Strong writing and presentation abilities to provide our customers with visibility and insights to improve their use of our platform while optimizing their own organization goals

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Overseeing and providing direct support to all platform users (patients, providers, and enterprise customers)
    • Translating user feedback into product insights and requirements for the product and engineering teams
    • Establishing and managing standard operating procedures for the Customer Success team
    • Creating and presenting reports on KPIs relating to utilization and retention to the leadership team

We’re currently remote due to the pandemic. There is a possibility that this role will transition back to in-office once we open fully. We encourage people to do their work when and where they perform at their best while we are remote.
