About Alloy
Alloy is a new direct-to-consumer women’s health company founded by Anne Fulenwider (former Editor-In-Chief of Marie Claire and Project Runway Judge) and Monica Molenaar (co-founder of cult food brand Seed + Mill) to improve the health and wellbeing of women over 40 seeking solutions to the symptoms of aging, starting with menopause. Alloy is driven to improve women's health and the cultural conversation around women in the prime of their lives and has assembled a team of high-profile, nationally recognized experts. We are seed funded by Kairos HQ with a commitment to lead the Series A. We are set to launch in November 2021 and will provide direct access to healthcare providers as well as the medicine and other products that serve women best.
What is the role?
We are seeking a passionate and accomplished CRM and Email Marketing Manager responsible for owning end-to-end completion of Email and SMS marketing initiatives. You will own day-to-day execution and operations of our email marketing program. While the position is work from home during COVID, we are seeking someone who will be able to join the office in New York City once the world recovers.

Ideal candidates will have experience making data driven marketing decisions, driving consumer product conversions and retention, a track record of recognizing patterns of success (and failure) quickly, building and managing scaled marketing teams and is skilled working cross-functionally.
