As the Senior Paid Media Manager at Natalist, this person will lead the acquisition strategy developing, executing, and optimizing our paid channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, OTT, Display, etc.) to increase awareness and drive sales. They will help shape our paid media strategy as we prepare for and execute an increasingly rapid growth plan. This is a new position at Natalist and we are looking for someone with a strong analytical background who can balance digital expertise with breakthrough creative thinking. This role will report to the General Manager for Natalist.

What You'll Do:

    • Lead all paid media acquisition efforts; effectively developing, communicating, and executing paid media plans to support business goals
    • Evaluate, plan, and coordinate paid media buys across current and future channels (including but not limited to: paid digital, SEM, podcast, radio, OOH, CTV/TVC)
    • Track the core acquisition KPI’s on a day to day basis, making sure that the team is executing and optimizing in real-time to hit goals and optimize top-line sales and customer acquisition cost; Perform in-depth data analysis to spot trends/shifts in the landscape and build actionable plans to improve performance and ROI
    • Provide input on models to define profitability and LTV of acquired customers, using data to refine strategy
    • Manage digital media agencies to deliver consistent improvement against paid media objectives (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and overall growth)
    • Closely collaborate with internal and external marketing and creative teams to develop, capture, and communicate creative learnings with the shared goal of continual creative improvement
    • Develop and oversee quarterly and monthly paid media budgets and regularly communicate with senior leadership regarding progress and insights

Who You Are:

    • Have 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition for a direct to consumer business, ideally E-commerce 
    • Scaled early-stage companies to 200K+ customers.
    • Expert in paid social, paid search, media buying and conversion optimization
    • Understand customer lifecycle and how to optimize it 
    • Analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel, A/B testing) – experience optimizing marketing budgets and conversion funnels, gleaning actionable insights to drive growth
    • Strong agency management track record with experience getting high ROAS from partners
    • Love to be in the weeds and just as comfortable building a team
