THE ROLE

As a UX Research you will lead UX research activities to gain user insights that help the company to build products that delight our users and drive our business. You will closely collaborate with our cross functional product teams, designers and other UX researchers as well as our science, data and support teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will define, plan and conduct project-based and exploratory UX research
• You will closely collaborate with the Product Design and Product Team in developing easy to use products that delight users
• You will create compelling insights, stories, and formats to help drive evidence-based product and design decisions
• You will support less-experienced team members to do their own research studies
• You will continuously improve the human-centered design process and help build up a research repository
• You will know our Usability Engineering processes as a backup

ABOUT YOU

• Strong knowledge in human-centered design, cognitive psychology and UX 
• Several years of experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research, strong experience in identifying user needs, and business opportunities
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with various groups and levels of management within the company
• Detail oriented while having the bigger picture in mind
• Fluent English, any other language is a plus
• Passionate about empowering women and people with cycles
• Interest or knowledge in how social inclusion can be considered in UX research and design (e.g. inclusive design, accessibility)
• Interest or knowledge in medical usability/human factors engineering
